Nuggets’ Carmelo Anthony is Back to Face the Mavericks

Denver Nuggets fans can breath a sigh of relief, Carmelo Anthony is back and will play when the Nuggets face-off against the Dallas Mavericks at the Pepsi Center tonight.
The Denver Nuggets posted this on the team facebook page today…
“I’m back.” Carmelo Anthony is likely to return to the lineup for tonight’s game against the Mavs at Pepsi Center.
Anthony suffered the injury in a overtime win against the Hornets on January 23, when the all-star forward landed awkwardly on Devin Brown’s foot after taking a shot with 1:07 left in OT.
Melo missed 8 games with the injury and the Nuggets were a respectable 5-3 during that stretch, if the 2nd leading scorer in the league is back and healthy, it can only help the teams cause.
