Denver Broncos and Former Buff Justin Bannan Agree to 5-Year Deal
Former University Colorado defensive lineman Justin Bannan is coming back to altitude. The Denver Broncos have agreed in principle to a 5-year contract with the former Buff, according to The Denver Post.
“He’s excited about it,” said Tom Mills, Bannan’s Boulder-based agent. “He played college here and really enjoyed his visit with the team today. He just felt like this was the right fit.”
There is no news on the money involved, although it is believed the contract reflects the Broncos expectations for Bannan to be the new starting NT.
I love the fact that my biggest concern, outside of center, is being addressed with the NT position. The Broncos are going to stop the run this year! Not to mention, it brings back a local college player. Good start Mcd!
