The offseason of the National Football League is always long and slow. Thus, every little bit of information we get about the new season is always exciting. The NFL has just announced the 2010 preseason schedule for the Broncos. While the league is still working on the schedule for the regular season, the Broncos will play the following 4 teams as part of the preseason:
- Preseason Week 1: Broncos at Bengals – August 12-16 (TBD), 2010.
- Preseason Week 2: Lions at Broncos – Saturday, August 21st, 2010. – 7 P.M. MT
- Preseason Week 3: Steelers at Broncos – Sunday, August 29th, 2010. – 6 P.M. MT
- Preseason Week 4: Broncos at Vikings – Thursday, September 2nd, 2010. – 6 P.M. MT
Disclaimer: The dates and times mentioned above are subject to change. They were reported by DenverBroncos.com, but all other sources list times/dates as TBD.
The schedule for the regular season is expected in approximately two weeks. The only date we know so far is the game in London against the San Francisco 49ers, on October 31st, 2010. The Broncos also spoke out in favor of opening the season against the Oakland Raiders on Monday night, but so far nothing has been confirmed.
Be sure to check Colorado Sports Desk for an announcement and analysis of the regular season schedule once it has been released by the league.
