Programming Reminder: UFC Countdown features Carwin, Mir

Tonight, the UFC is bringing an action packed night to SPIKE, and there wont even be any fights, at least inside the octagon..
UFC 111 Countdown for Mir vs. Carwin will debut at 8:30 p.m. MDT and will feature Greeley native Shane Carwin and his opponent for this upcoming March 27 UFC 111, Frank Mir. The program shows the fighters as they prepare for their upcoming fight–the two will battle for the UFC Interim Heavyweight Title and the winner will likely get a unification match with UFC Heavyweight Champion Brock Lesnar this summer.
At 8 pm, the UFC will also air the second episode of the UFC Primetime: St. Pierre vs. Hardy. The first episode brought in a million viewers as it chronicles the road to the UFC Welterweight Title fight between Georges St. Pierre and U.K. brawler Dan Hardy.
It will be a great night of fight building on SPIKE so be sure to tune in.
