Per tradition, the new rookies for the Denver Broncos get their hair cut by their veteran teammates. The haircuts are usually not the most flattering — in fact, I think ugly is the idea.

With the front spiked so high, Mr. Tebow can now wear the crown (in hair if not reality) so many already have placed proverbially!
